3g Selling is founded on the belief that live virtual training is perfectly matched to the way people work, learn and collaborate in today’s world, as well as to the training professional’s new mandate to deliver training faster, cheaper and with greater business impact for the organization.
With this vision in mind, our leadership team is committed to raising the bar for virtual training and ensuring that our customers receive the maximum return on their training investment.

In 2008, Martyn set out on a journey to discover new ways to leverage the web to deliver highly effective live virtual training experiences. With its unique combination of dynamic delivery style, Third Generation Selling methodology, program customization and business impact, 3g Selling is the culmination of that journey.
In 1995, Martyn founded Market-Partners, the company that provides strategic organizational consulting in sales process design and adoption using Third Generation Selling as its core methodology. Since that time, he has worked with numerous selling teams across a broad range of industries, from start-ups to industry giants.
Prior to Market-Partners, Martyn had extensive executive, sales and marketing experience. His positions included President and CEO for Drake International in North America, where he led a large and multi-divisional sales force to reverse a declining trend to growing the business at more than three times the rate of the industry. Prior to Drake, Martyn was with Digital Equipment of Canada. During his tenure at DEC he led several hundred sales professionals, culminating in the position of VP Marketing and Sales Services. Prior to joining DEC, Martyn worked in the major accounts division of ICL in the UK.
Martyn acts as an advisor to a number of executives in the high technology industry and is active on several advisory boards and boards of directors.
Martyn has developed a reputation as a dynamic speaker and authority on live virtual sales training, as well as sales and marketing processes.
